Use the Arrow keys to highlight a subject, then press Enter to display
the topic. Pressing the [Esc] key at any time will return you to the
mailer. Pressing [f1] will always return you the HelpIndex.

~Alt-A: Add-on manager configuration screen.
~Alt-D: Jump to Dos.
~Alt-F: Full date, userid, and subject displayed in a text window.
~Alt-P: Print the currently highlighted message to a file.
~Alt-S: Save the currently highlighted message to a file.
~Alt-U: Update the file by removing messages marked with the DEL key.

~Alt-X: eXit view mailer, and return to Dos.
~Alt-Z: Removes any control-Z codes from the mail file. This code has been
found in some internet mail messages. View can not read past them.
~/ Pressing this key causes a menu to pop onto the screen. Most of
the functions of View can accessed through the menus, or by using
the appropriate function key.

~EGA/VGA_monitor_support
For users of EGA or VGA systems, you can now have more text on the screen.
To enable the 43/50 line mode, set the 25+ parameter on the configuration
to Y. All functions will be resized to fit on a larger text window.
View can be used with both color and monochrome monitors. Use the
main configuration screen to set the color option.

~Mouse_Support
A mouse can be used to select a message. While moving the mouse, the
window will scroll through the messages. The Left button selects the
message, and the Right button displays a menu of functions. Mouse
support is automatic if a mouse driver is loaded from DOS before
starting the View mailer.

~Add-On_Manager
Use Alt-A to activate the Add-On Manager. To start an application from
within the mailer, use the key that corresponds to the scan code given.
Up to 10 items can be defined.
It is not a good idea to use certain keys as the application's hot key.
Keys such as SPACEBAR, ENTER, plus any other key already in use by View
should not be used as hot keys.
Most keys, including Shifted, Alt, or Ctrl keys, can be used as hot keys.

~Novell_Network_Support
View has the ability to send messages to other users on the network. You
must be logged into the server to read, or to send a message. Messages
received while you are logged out will still be received ok. You will be
notified when new mail is waiting in your mailbox.
Press ~? while in the mail screen to display the network information
for this workstation.

~Bitnet_and_Internet_Mail
Users of the View mailer can send and receive mail from both Bitnet and
Internet sites. All mail generated on our network is routed through
~ria.uwo.ca which is responsible for the whole campus. Ria is located
in the Natural Sciences building and is operated by Computing and
Comunications Services.
